It irritates me SO DAMN MUCH when people are all “THOSE SHADOW-Y FIGURES ARE ALL DEMONS!” or “it made me feel afraid/sad so it MUST be a demon!”

no no no no no.

1) are you an empath of any sort? because you might be picking up what the SPIRIT is feeling. It might not be TRYING to make you feel those feelings, it might not even be aware that you’re even fucking there.
2) In my experience, malevolent forces will make you feel THREATENED. Not just scared – they will make you feel like something wants to HURT YOU, like something wants to chew you up and (maybe, if you’re lucky) spit you out.
3) Just because it’s DARK/SHADOWY in APPEARANCE that doesn’t mean that it’s evil. It might just be incapable of manifesting as anything other than an outline or a “shadow”.
4) NOT EVERYTHING IS A FUCKING DEMON. STOP THAT.

This has been a PSA. One that many of you fuckers needa know.

Them: I’m being harassed by a demon.
Me: Did you summon a demon?
Them: No.
Me: It’s not a demon.

Demons don’t usually bother with humans unless the human approaches them first, and most of them aren’t malevolent unless you’ve offended them somehow. They have better things to do.

The majority of spirits out there have no names in this world, and most of the dangerous ones are not demons. If you summon a demon, and proceed to piss them off, they will fuck you up, and you’ll deserve it

The things that will come after you just for being in the wrong place at the wrong time, aren’t demons.

^^They’re right.

Fun story: I can see. So spirits were more often than not blatantly obvious to me, especially as a mouthy little kid. As a kid, there was this one particular relative of mine that was *clearly* being heckled by a demon. Clear as day. Mind you, I am a mouthy kid so you can imagine how stunned (and a bit scared, cause it was *big*) I was that I didn’t say a thing. Instead, I kept as clear as I could from that relative.

This demon was at least twice human size, had an eerie smile filled with more teeth than I ever want to know, darker than pitch, and had sharp green-gold eyes. It also stank, but there was no way in hell I was saying that! My life was in danger if I pissed this creature off.

It also knew I saw it. It grinned at me. I weakly smiled back through an intense and quiet whispered prayer (I was Muslim at the time). It left me alone.

I’d still see it when I saw that relative. After a while, I realized that the relative had inadvertently called it when said relative made a very cruel call for something to happen to another relative of mine. She hadn’t acknowledged it, or even said thank you. So when she asked for things or made similarly cruel things, the demon *always* found ways to mess with her. Sometimes that also caused hell for me and mine, but that’s for another day.

Like they said, you *will* know when a displeased demon is near. And guess what? You better be grateful to not be the one they’re pissed at.

You shouldn’t be afraid of darkness. It’s part of the balance of things. What you should be afraid of is what your own unchecked darkness calls. And any denizen that you’ve pissed off. Very rarely will demons actively bug you–humans aren’t really their cup of tea. Mostly. There are exceptions.

At least one of the creatures of the dark thinks you’re pretty cool too.

As a demon myself, I do want to say that demons are in more places than you think. The thing is, we mostly leave people alone unless we’re provoked in some way. Truth be told, demons and humans don’t have a very good relationship between our species. We demons have a long history of being badly abused, or at the very least mistreated, by humans. We tend to avoid them or make sure they don’t notice us when we’re around.

It takes a very special human to befriend a demon. Most of the people we are genuinely friendly with in this world are those who are nonhuman.

Believe it or not, we can, in fact, take energy from people safely and without them knowing. Most of the time we don’t attack others. Mostly. It depends on the demon, since all individuals are different.

However, there are a lot of dark-aligned fae (and other non-fae creatures) that are easily mistaken for demons in terms of energy and appearance. As stated above, there are many different kinds of spirits, so you can’t always assume it’s a demon.

Can confirm all of this. I spend a more than ordinary amount of time in infernal company.

a support group for vampires who were turned as children or adolescents. a bunch of small, melancholy kid-shaped vampires sitting around in somebody’s living room talking very seriously in tiny voices about current events in the vampire world. a lot of them dress like grandmas because they are as old as a grandma, maybe even ten grandmas. they have a network system where they can call adult-looking vampires to help them get things, drive places, pretend to be parents so child-looking vampires can get into adult movies

Pluto in the 7th House – A Date with Death

“The heart of man is very much like the sea, it has its storms, its tides and its depths; it has its pearls too.“

   Vincent Van Gogh

The 7th house is not welcoming of Pluto. Aphrodite is dressed in black on a wedding day that she never dreamed of, accepting the ring from a haunted pandora’s box. The individual may have a sweet or non imposing social conduct while covertly operating with the observation of a psychic detective. She may have significant trust issues, a tendency to assume there is always an underlying motive in people’s actions, or weak boundaries that make her too trusting. This can stem from experiencing one of the parents during childhood compulsively lie, manipulate her, not take parenting her seriously, and or repeatedly devalue her, the other parent, or others. Because the nature of Pluto is hidden, it’s possible that her family appeared to be cordial but different faces were worn in front of her behind closed doors. She may have learned it essential to secure her trust and only half believe in anything, and sadly, also that love is another promise that can be broken. Relationships are longings that stir deep in the soul. It means abandonment and exile can cause immense suffering, she will attach onto anything – she will make friends with devils and invisible projections. Love is a reunion with twin flames and bonds ignited centuries ago. Anything less than consuming, devouring, and comfortable on some sort of inexplicable vibratory level is perished along with part of herself. Relationships can seem controlled by fate, and it’s almost like every force in the universe conspired so that these two would find each other, and she soon realises that this person is present inside almost every thought, her physical body hungers for its energy, she may have dreams or visions of the person, and nothing else seems to matter so long they are together. For some people, these thoughts and longings can feel obsessive, and the relationship may involve a great risk or leap into the unknown. But the lover is something she would do absolutely anything for, make sacrifices, grow in the ways that enhance the relationship, and evolve into the best version for herself.
